Additionally, learn how he and his colleagues have developed spatial total RNA-sequencing (STRS) as a modification of the Visium Spatial assay, allowing spatial mapping of total transcriptomes in tissue, including endogenous polyadenylated host mRNA, regulatory non-coding RNA, and non-polyadenylated viral RNA.
